Woknoodels Bolognese

Ingredients for 2 portions:

  • 350 g minced meat
  • a litte bit of mixed tomamto puree
  • 2 big tomatos
  • Parmesan and spices of your coice
  • Woknoodles

Preparation:

  1. Cut the tomatoes ito small pieces and them with the minced meat in a pan
  2. Add a little bit of the tomato puree and the spices
  3. Cook until the sauce geths thickened
  4. Put the woknoodles into hot water and ait 5 minutes until they are ready to eat.
  5. Add the Bolognese sauce
  6. Decorate it with Parmesam and maybe some basil
  7. Enjoy
