Wholewheat Veggie-Bacon Pasta

Today we just found out a super delicious Pasta recipe – find out how to prepare it 😀

Ingredients:

  • Wholewheat Pasta
  • 1 Avocado
  • A little Sour cream
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 100 g fat reduced bacon
  • a little goat cheese
  • Corn
  • Garlic

Preparation

  • First of all prepare yourself and cut all the veggies and the bacon into small pieces
  • Cook the noodles (hopefully everyone knows how to do that :D)
  • Roast the Bacon gently in a little peanut oil and take it out of the pan
  • Saute the zucchini with garlic
  • Then Add the Corn and the Sour cream and heat it
  • Now it’s time to add the Bacon and the Avocado again 🙂
  • Use spices of your choice and in the end top your pasta sauce with one spoon of safflower oil (this is especially relevant for that awesome taste)
  • Finally serve it with a little goat cheese topping for the perfect taste <§
  • And most of all: ENJOY
