Testing: EMS Training by M.A.N.D.U.

As we already mentioned on Facebook and Instagram, we got the chance to test the EMS “Rückentour” by MANDU!!

For checking our results, we started our EMS “experiment” by measuring our current fitness state. The focus was set on back training because that’s most people’s weakness. So it is with Bina’s 😉 Martin’s back is nearly perfect – no dysbalances and nearly a perfect relation of abs and back strength. Both of us have a really low stress level (hard to imagine haha) and our fit level is above average (less hard to imagine ;)).

After 7 Weeks hard Workout we checked our fitness state again and as you can see in the Video, our results got a lot better.

We think that a lot of people already heard about EMS, but what exactly is that crazy workout and why do you have to wear this extraterrestrial outfit?

EMS means Electrical Muscle Stimulation. It is known as the elicitation of muscle contraction using electrical impulses.

The impulses are generated by a device and delivered through electrodes in direct proximity to the muscles. As shown in the video the electrodes of M.A.N.D.U.’s system are pads added on some special clothes that deliver the impulses.

After “suiting up”, the 15 minutes workout starts. Adapted to your personal needs, you do particular bodyweight exercises, which are definitely challenging. EMS training helps you to train your deep lying muscles that are normally hard to reach by usual weight training. Another great benefit (especially for the ladies) is the skin-tightening effect (Cellulite adé!)

We can definitely recommend that type of workout to everybody, because of the following:

  • It’s perfect for people, who can invest only a little time for training – It takes only 15 minutes of your time 😉
  • Everyone gets his own individual workout plan – adapted to his personal needs.
  • It can help you to prevent and/or remove dysbalances.
  • It has a skin tightening effect 😛 (Bina loves that haha)
  • It’s really great in combination with other types of training because you can easily reach your deep lying muscles.
  • It’s great fun!!

    Danke für den tollen Artikel und kurzen Einblick ins EMS Training..will ich schon sehr lange mal ausprobieren
