Special Pizza Omlette alla Alpha Athletics

Ingredients for 2 portions:

  • 4 whole Eggs
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Ham
  • Cheese
  • Spice
  • Cooked rice if you wanna add some carbs 🙂

Preparation:

  1. Mix the eggs with the vegetables and fry it in a pan
  2. Add slowly the ham and the cheese
  3. The Special trick for creating the perfect omlette: Apply a lid on the pan and cokk on low heat for about 5 minutes
  4. If you want to add some carbs, you can serve the omlette slices with some rice or just cut the omlette like a pizza and it look great on your plate
  5. Enjoy, and tell your friends it’s low carb pizza *haha* (Just joking ;))
