Quinoa breakfast and desert


  • ½ cup uncooked quinoa
  • 1 cup milk of any kind
  • a little cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • Vanilla whey
Topping suggestions
  • fruits
  • seeds
  • nuts
  • whatever you like 😀
  1. Rinse and drain the quinoa.
  2. Place it in a small saucepan and add the  milk, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a high simmer, cover and reduce heat to a low simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and let the quinoa sit for 5 more minutes or until the milk is absorbed and the quinoa is cooked. Taste and add additional spices to you like
  4. Scoop the quinoa into two bowls and put on the topping of your choice 🙂
  5. ENJOY
