Hey Fitfam 🙂 Today we wanna show you how to prepare a relly delicious version of Protein Kaiserschmarrn – healthy style of the classical austrian dessert

Ingredients for 2 portions:

  • 6 Egg whites
  • 40g Whey Vanilla
  • a little cinnamon
  • coconut oil
  • Fruits and seeds for decoration 😀

Preparation:

  1. Seperate the eggwhites from the whole egg and beat the egg white.
  2. Mix it with the protein and some cinnamon
  3. Fry it in a pan with some coconut oil
  4. Decorate it with some fruits and seesds and enjoy your healthy meal <3
