Prawn Spinach Pasta

Hey Fitties 🙂 We created a new variation of Pasta – Prawn spinach Pasta 🙂  With its white sauce it’s super quick to prepare, healthy and so delicious. To any prawn lover –> you’ll love it <3

Martin decided to create this recipe while forcing me to do some more pull-ups 🙂 for every +1 pull up he told me one more of the ingredients of this recipe 😀 Food always works as workout motivation – don’t you think so? 😀

Ingredients for 2 persons:
  • 2 pcs of garlic
  • a little salt, pepper and chili
  • Rama Cremefine 7%
  • a little Philadelphia yoghurt
  • 225 g Prawns
  • fresh baby spinach
  • Fussili (Or any other kind of noodles you like :))
  • A little red Pesto on top
  • Parmesan
Preparation of our Prawn spinach Pasta:
  1. Prepare hot water and cook your noodles (we prefer whole wheat Fussili hehe)
  2. Fry the garlic in a pan and add the prawns until they curl
  3. Pour as much Cremefine over it as you need for your sauce (depends on how much sauce you like ;))
  4. Add Salt, Pepper, Chili and a little Philadelphia for the creaminess of your sauce
  5. Serve your fussili with the finished sauce
  6. Garnish your Pasta with fresh baby spinach
  7. Top it with a little red Pesto and some Parmesan
  8. Enjoy your prawn spinach pasta
