Low Carb Mozarella Snack

Hey crazy Fitfam 🙂 We just had an experiment on low carb eating and Martin created some great snacks and low carb dishes. One morning when I was really grumpy… he just woke me up with this awesome low carb mozzarella snack <3 This really made my day.

He told me it was really easy to prepare and this snack was so delicious *yammyammyamm* (imagine that sound like the cookie monster eating his beloved cookies haha) There are only a few things you need and your snack is ready to eat…. –> check out the recipe:

Ingredients for 2 persons:
  • 2 packages of buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 box of sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • olive oil
  • dill sauce and “Styria kren”(sry there’s no English word for that spicy thing haha)
Preparation of the low carb mozzarella snack:
  1. Cut the mozzarella into slices and the avocado into pieces
  2. Top the Mozzarella slices with one sun dried tomato each and some avocado pieces
  3. Add a little “Kren” and dill sauce on each mozzarella tower 🙂
  4. Finish your low carb mozzarella snack with an olive oil topping and serve it to your grumpy friends haha (no hopefully yours are not grumpy)
  5. Enjoy being fit 😀
  6. Send a picture to your mom how your boyfriend de-grumpies you hahaha (pic below)
