Christmas Cookies – Linzeraugen – The healthy version

Hey Guys 🙂

Okayyyyy… at first we have to mention: Theres NO tasty bakery that is really healthy 😀 But you can try to make it as healthy as possible… and in our following post we wanna give you a little impression how to create “nearly healthy” fitness “Linzeraugen”

 

Ingredients

  • 250 g Wholewheat Meal
  • 150 g coconut oil
  • 50 g Whey Vanilla
  • a little baking Powder
  • 5 Flavour Drops Vanilla
  • 100 g Xylit Sugar
  • a little Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg

Preparation:

  1. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix them
  2. Add the egg and the coconut oil and then the rest of the ingredients mentioned above and mix it until it gets a solid mass
  3. Now let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 Minutes
  4. After that time stretch the dough (about 3mm) and cut out the form you want your cookies to have 🙂
  5. Bake it for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
  6. Let your cookies cool down (they are veeeeeery soft as long as they are hot – take care, ve destroyed about 4 or 5 of them ^^ haha)
  7. Fill them with your choice of jam or chocolate <3 – we chose self made apricot jam without any sugar added – soooo delicious… enjoy <3
