ABS Partner Workout by Alpha Athletics

Hey Guys!

As we noticed, training is more fun if you share your experiences and also your success with someone. So we wanna show you some workouts you can do togehter with your trainingspartner (no matter which gender he/she is) 🙂

After a little practise you’ll see it’s sooo much fun.

Today we’re showing you an ABS Wokout for beginners – hopefully you enjoy the exercises 🙂

Partner Sit-ups

  • The one partner just keeps standing stable and takes/ gives you the box
  • The other Partner does situps and also gives/ takes the box
  • Tipp: The one partner can even tease the other by holding the box that high, he can’t rech it any more 😀

Hot wo do situps:

  • Lie on your back with your knees bent and you feet flat on the floor.
  • Place your finger tips behind your ears.
  • Pull your shoulder blades back so your elbows are out to the side/hold the box with the ellbows on the side
  • Brace your abs and then raise your body up towards your knees, shoulders should be lifted of the floor.
  • Head always looking straight, no chin on chest and do not pull the head forward.
  • Roll back down to the starting position

Atomic Partner Push Up

  • The one Partner just stands stalbe and holds the band+
  • The other partner does the Atomic Push Ups

How to do Atomic Pus Ups

  • You might look a bit like a frog in motion, but you’ll definitely feel the burn in your upper body and core as you bring your knees to meet your elbows.
  • Slip your feet into the cradles so that the tops of feet face the floor.
  • Lower body down into a push-up.
  • As you press your body back up into plank position, bring knees in toward elbows, allowing legs to draw apart.
  • Hold for a few seconds and then return to start.

Atomic Partner Ass Up

  • The one Partner just stands stalbe and holds the band+
  • The other partner does the Atomic Push Ups

How to do Atomic Ass Ups

  • You might look a bit like a jackknife, but you’ll definitely feel the burn in your backand your core as you bring your ass up.
  • Slip your feet into the cradles so that the tops of feet face the floor.
  • Lower body down into a push-up.
  • As you press your body back up into plank position, bring your ass up and tense the abdominal and glute muscles
  • Hold for a few seconds and then return to start.

Partner Sit-ups 2

  • Both Partners are doing situps and giving the box to each other

Hip Dips – Partner exercise

  • The one Partner stands still and gives the other one resistance
  • The other one does Hip Dips

How to do Hip Dips:

  • Lay flat on your back, legs straight up in the air at a 90-degree angle.
  • Put your hands relaxed down to the side.
  • Tip the hips up.
  • It’s a subtle movement: Be careful not to rock your hips, just tip them up slightly, initiating all movement from your lower abdomen.
  • Crunch in and tip the hips, release halfway, repeat.

    No matter how you do it, losing weight is an individual thing. Friends can help you but they can’t lose the weight for you. You’ve got to take charge of your weight loss from the beginning if you want to get serious about losing weight. The following tips will help.
