7 basic rules for a healthy lifestyle

We just thought about summing up 7 general rules for living healthy, and showing you that it’s not that hard to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. So here we go πŸ™‚

In general a healthy lifestyle is marked by the following 5 steps:

  • Train regularly
  • Eat healthy
  • Do not smoke
  • Don’t drink too much alcohol
  • Like your body

So what can you do to combine these things with still enjoying life?

  1. Find a way of moving that you enjoy

‘Sport is killing me’, thats what people often say, but it’s just subject to interpretation. Everyone who found the one type of sport he enjoys, will affirm that they feel better every day. For everyone who found his passion for working out, it’s also gonna be the best way to forget about daily worries.

  1. Find a person you train with, whom you can motivate but who also motivates you

For all people, who rarely can motivate themselves to fight their inner self, it’s important to have a Partner with similar goals. It’s much easier to get your ass up and move, if you have someone who motivates you or even someone you can share your sorrows with. A positive effect is also, that you don’t think too much about challenging things, if someone entertains you.

Tip: Our new passion is Partner body weight Training. You definitely have to try that once, we’ll post about it later πŸ™‚

  1. Move regularly

You can only reach your goals if you move your body regularly and try to eat healthy in the long run. For example start your day with a short abs workout By that means, a part of your daily routine is already done before starting your working day. Also you’ll see that you are more relaxed and concentrated at work if you did something for your body beforehand.

  1. Eat healthy (without having big sacrifices)

Healthy eating is very important for us, but we’re no fans of crash diets. We think that you only live once and you should not spend every day with counting calories. Being a fit and healthy person, does not necessarily mean that you have to waive all the tasty things πŸ™‚ Reward yourself for the hard training sessions – For example if you did a super challenging workout, have an ice-cream or a nice dinner together with your training partner and celebrate your success. Once you see results it becomes an addiction πŸ˜€

  1. Avoid Crash diets

Do we have to say more than yoyo effect? πŸ˜‰

  1. Do not smokeΒ 

Our moms are the perfect testimonials for the bad, but we truly believe in them to stop smoking πŸ˜€

  1. Don’t forget to enjoy life πŸ™‚
